Welcome to My Village My Shop ("the App"), a community business directory designed to connect local shops and residents of villages across Gujarat. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users — including visitors, shop owners who submit listings, and community members who browse the directory.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. You may request deletion of your listing at any time by contacting us.
Any images uploaded to a listing must be owned by you or be free of copyright restrictions. Do not upload images belonging to third parties without permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.

All app data is stored securely using Google Firebase Firestore, which is hosted on Google's secure cloud infrastructure. Images are stored using a cloud image hosting service.
